Available for sale is a 2007 Komatsu PC27MR-2 mini-excavator. This is a TX machine from a small, local contractor. It is powered by a reliable and fuel efficient Yanmar. Diesel engine making 26 HP. The service meter currently displays 1503 HRS on a functioning meter. Machine starts right up. Hydraulics work as they should; machine travels and counter-rotates as it should. This machine is an open cabbed machine in very good condition for hours/age of machine. It comes with aux. Hydraulics, swing boom, pattern-control changer, and knock-down blade. It comes optioned with a manual thumb. Bucket is a GP 24 bucket in excellent condition – teeth in excellent condition. 12 tracks are in NEW condition for hours/age of machine.
