2006 Caterpillar 305C CR. Engine is well maintained and has an overall good appearance; no active leaks seen. Drivetrain components are in good condition, no active leaks observed from main hydraulic pump to drive motors. Chassis is in solid condition with no issues observed. Bottom left side of boom has been repaired. Welds look solid, no structural issues observed. Clean hydraulics with no signs of leaks; no cylinder pitting or discoloration, lines and fittings are in good condition. Good lift, angle, and tilt function; no unusual noises heard during operation. Normal wear to buckets and blade edge. Good cabin appearance, minor cosmetic wear to floors, headliner, and seat. Operator controls and joysticks are all functioning. Blowby observed at breather hose; minor exhaust smoke seen at start up only. Dried oil seepages on engine valve cover and front cover area, no active leaks seen. Battery needs to be charged or replaced. Operator switch labels are worn, but controls are functional. Cosmetic dents, scuff markets, scratches seen throughout machine exterior. Hour meter has been replaced, actual hours are 10,908. This mini excavator has low hours and is well maintained inside and out. The engine, hydraulics, and all implement operate great. No active leaks were observed during inspection, and the undercarriage has plenty of life left.
