Excavators

Excavator is located in Monroe, CT. My first landscaping machine some 20+ years ago. I added a thumb, which is great for moving rocks, and processing firewood and weeds. Bramble removal is a piece of cake. I needed to dig a deeper hole than this can go, around 6′. This has been super for power and water trenching, as well as the foundation for my 28X32′ barn/garage. At 2100 pounds, and a width of 39, I have easily trailered this around, and sneaked through the gate into my veggie garden to till/dig it up. This is an old timer machine. The hydraulics like a smooth hand, which is not my forte. Lots of power with the 3 cylinder Yanmar at 12.5hp. I think that is what they are putting in the TB016s now. Has auxiliary hydraulics, which only seem to run the juice one way. Great for augers and hammers, but not hydraulic thumbs. Really powered my log splitter when I lost the engine on that for a while. Lots of tread on the tracks, but again, this is an older machine. You can see cracking in the tracks a little. I did repair one cylinder years ago, and no issues since. Replaced the water pump a few years ago. The hour meter is pessimistic. To turn the machine off, you shut the throttle all the way down. I have come out a week after using it to find the key was still on, and the hour meter clicking away. Ran out of photo space for the meter pic. It’s around 3,600. 12 bucket, great for trenching. Likes just a whiff of ether to start if it hasn’t run for a while. Boom can angle for close to wall work. Come out and inspect if interested. Will help load on your trailer or truck no charge.
