2012 Cat 303.5 mini excavator (good running machine), serviced by Alban CAT. Digs approximately 10′ deep. Pilot joystick controls, caterpillar diesel engine. Auxiliary hydraulics so you can run a jack hammer or hydraulic thumb. The unit is available to inspect or test drive by appointment. This unit was just serviced. D New Lead Battery Cable. G While the unit was apart the seating and underplates were cleaned and repainted. The machine was repainted a year ago by Multi Machine, Inc. Since than there has been some ware on the painted pieces. There are defects with the machine. A The two front cab lights are missing (see pictures), I do have two new LED lights, but have not installed them. B One of the lines to the auxiliary hydraulics is broke. Since we do not use attachments we have not replaced this hose. It is pugged with a bolt. The hidden end can be accessed under the floor plate, easy fix. C The two outer corners of the seat are ripped. D There dents on the body, around the bottom, near the tracks. There is a rubber mat for the floor board. I removed it when someone was viewing the machine and I took the pictures before I put it back. The mat is in good condition. The tracks are in good condition. There is a small outside side tear on one of the tracks but this does not distract from their usefulness. I would put the tracks at 70%. The unit starts easy.
