I needed a toy, and it was a toss-up between a Harley and the KX121-3. I had a canal to fill in (144 16-yard truckloads of dirt) and the excavator won. We live on a small farm (5.5 acres) next to a fresh water river near the center of Florida. No salt air from the ocean and the excavator has been garage kept. I loved it (still do) and even hand waxed it once. I have added 133 hours of usage to the engine (it now has 193), and it purrs like a kitten. We plan to sell this farm in the near future (Im getting old), and my toys are leaving. We have a big RV and want to travel before I kick the bucket. No limits on cost. Do anything and everything to make sure the next owner gets a great machine. They changed belts, pulleys, hydraulic seals, etc. Along with the total lubrication, etc. I didnt tell them I was going to sell it because I didnt want to give them an excuse to do less than a near perfect job. I have the complete write-up. Now I want to keep it but I have to be practical. I know other people use USHIP for example.
