This machine is about 12,500lbs so it is a pretty good sized machine that will do quite a bit of work but still easy to transport and get into tight places with. It has rubber tracks that are in great shape. These are perfect for driving across blacktop or concrete and not have to worry about doing any damage. It also has the zero tails swing. Great for getting into tight areas with.

It has a 79 inch push blade on the front. Has a 19 inch bucket with new teeth installed. Machine has been sandblasted and repainted with new decals installed.

Machine runs and operates great. It does make a noise when coming to a stop from swinging. Not sure what it is but wanted to make sure to list it.

A machine this size new is nearly $90,000. Most of caterpillars mini excavators are made by mitsubishi. So you know they make a good quality machine.

Yanmar model b27-2a mini excavator. 3 cylinder; 22hp yanmar diesel motor. One 18 bucket included; one tooth missing as pictured. Year: believe it to be early ’90s but not sure.

This machine is in good condition. I like to maintain all my equipment in good working order and work on them as needed, not let things go. I recently replaced some pins and bushings. Though not brand new, it is fairly tight now.


I repacked one cylinder; now it doesn’t have any leaks to speak of, maybe a minor one not worth mentioning. It’s had a recent oil change and grease job. Everything works fine on it. It is ready to go to work!
