Kubota KH-90 “Bullpet” Mini Excavator. 3230 original hours in engine. Enclosed Cab w/ Heater & Fan. Runs & Drives excellent! Well maintained – NO KNOWN MECHANICAL/WORKING ISSUES. New Paint/Decals and Seat Summer of 2023. Interior factory insulation and lining are completely dry-rotten and have been removed for the most part. Windshield wiper and exterior work lights do not turn on (probably broken wire or bad fuse). Door latch loose / bungee cord is used to keep open. All hydraulic hoses are in working condition, but have sun damage from being outside. Will need to be replaced eventually. NOTE Machine History / Description. Please keep in mind this is a late 80’s model Kubota Excavator. It is not brand new. There are going to be nicks and dings and dents and drips on it not shown in pictures. We are the second owner. Most of our inventory comes from fleets, fleet management companies, municipalities, state owned inventory etc. Step 2: (THE FIRST LOOK AND RECONDITIONING PROCESS). Steps 2 & 3 are the most important and where I think we differentiate ourselves from others. When the truck gets in from wherever it came from, it gets a first look and initial evaluation (usually by whomever bought it). In this evaluation we ask ourselves what does it need? This usually includes minor paintwork, mechanical work, detailing etc. After this stage it goes directly to our mechanic who runs down the list of a DOT inspection and gives us a list of what it needs. The check includes the standard DOT check and then some such as lights, brakes, tires, steering components, major/minor leaks but also overall mechanical condition and items that may not be on a DOT inspection checklist. Some lists are small, some are long, but none the less the work gets completed until we are satisfied with our product. Once the mechanical work has been completed it goes off into the next step of reconditioning which may be the body shop or detail. Step 3: (THE TEST DRIVE & DETAIL) Once all work has been completed mechanically and cosmetically, we are lucky enough to have a semi-retired CDL driver do test drives for us. This test drive is where any kinks get worked out and to ensure all mechanical work has been completed correctly. As the driver is on his test drive he notes any minor issues (if any) and reports back with how it drove. If you would like to speak to the driver directly, we can put you into contact with him to get his opinion on the truck. Once it gets his blessing, it goes to detail (if it wasn’t detailed already) to be shined up. The detailing process typically takes 2 full days and includes an interior and exterior wash. Our detailer has been in this line of work for over 20 years and knows how to make a truck shine! After all of this, the truck is finally ready to sell. At this time the truck gets placed on “the pad” and is ready for 100+ pictures and a several minute long video. At this point the truck has been looked over by several people, mechanically checked, driven over an hour, cleaned and is a product we can stand behind and put our name on.
