2007 IHI 55NX ZERO TAIL SWING MINI / MIDI EXCAVATOR IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH ONLY 2660 FLEET MAINTAINED HOURS. THIS EXCAVATOR IS IN VERY GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION WITH NO LEAKS AND NO ISSUES. THE EXCAVATOR HAS THE SELECTABLE CONTROLS SO THAT YOU MAY OPERATE USING EITHER THE CATERPILLAR STYLE EXCAVATOR CONTROLS OR BY USING THE JOHN DEERE STYLE BACKHOE CONTROLS. THIS IS A VERY NICE OPTION WHICH SATISFIES ALL OPERATORS. THE MACHINE ALSO HAS THE 2-SPEED TRAVEL OPTION AND ALSO HAS A MECHANICAL QUICK COUPLER. THE YANMAR DIESEL ENGINE STARTS AND RUNS EXCELLENT WITH NO LEAKS , NO SMOKE , AND NO ODD NOISES. THE ENGINE RUNS VERY SMOOTH AND HAS TONS OF POWER. THE EXCAVATOR TRAVELS AND STEERS EXCELLENT. MACHINE TRAVELS VERY STRAIGHT AND TRUE AND STEERS AS SHOULD. THE 2 SPEED TRAVEL OPTION WORKS GREAT AND IS A MUST WHEN YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL LONG DISTANCES. THE HYRDAULICS ARE VERY STRONG AND RESPONSIVE AND HAVE NO LEAKS. I HAVE OWNED MANY EXCAVATORS AND BY FAR THE IHI’S ARE THE SMOOTHEST IN MY OPINION. THE MACHINE IS PLUMBED FOR A HAMMER OR A THUMB. THE TRACKS ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND ARE NEAR NEW AND THE REMAINDER OF THE UNDERCARRIAGE IS IN GOOD CONDITION AS WELL. ALL THE PINS AND BUSHINGS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE CENTER PIN IS VERY TIGHT AS ARE ALL THE PINS WITH THE BUCKET PINS HAVING NORMAL WEAR FOR THE HOURS. THE SWING MOTOR IS IN GREAT CONDITION AND STOPS AS SHOULD WITH NO DRIFT. THE BOOM AND STICK ARE IN GREAT CONDITION WITH NO CRACKS OR WELDS. THE EXCAVATOR HAS A MECHANICAL QUICK COUPLER AND COMES WITH THE ORIGNAL 24 INCH BUCKET. ALL THE GAUGES AND SAFETY FUNCTIONS WORK AS SHOULD. THE ZERO TAIL SWING OPTION LETS YOU GET IN AND TURN WHERE YOU COULDN’T WITH A CONVENTIONAL MACHINE.
