2013 Komatsu PC210 LC-10. Clean and dry engine compartment, no active leaks. Engine starts up with no unusual noises or smoke issues. Transmission components are in good condition; no unusual noises or vibrations during operation. Undercarriage components are in good condition; tracks have approximately 50% life remaining. Chassis and frame are in good condition; level stance. Hydraulic lines and fittings are clean and in good condition; no unusual noises during operation. Minor cosmetic wear to cabin surfaces; solid floors, panels, and ceiling. Operator displays and controls are functioning and in good condition. Active leaks at hydraulic hoses to rear main control valve and pump area; both boom lift cylinders are slightly leaking. Batteries had to be jump started; charge or replacement recommended. Some excess play seen at bucket linkage. Monitor screen is worn, and is displaying an alert indicator (see report for code details). Visible chipped paints/dents seen around exterior; some compartment panels are not latching properly; most underneath panels and covers are slightly bent and dented. Mirrors are missing; one or more exterior lights are non-operational. Cabin light is non-operational, and seat is damaged. Bucket teeth have above average wear and need to be replaced soon.
