I have a great and perfect working conditions 2010 Bobcat E35 mini excavator. We use it all the time to install in ground storm shelters. It looks like our clients are going more towards safe rooms; therefore we will not need this machine as often as I thought. It is very powerful and easy to load on your trailer. I have attached pictures of the machine working. Keyless, the tracks are in very good conditions and everything in the excavator works as it should to.
