2012 CASE CX31B ZTS MINI EXCAVATOR. THIS MACHINE IS IN OVERALL GOOD WORKING CONDITION AND CURRENTLY HAS 2530 HOURS. MACHINE SHOWS SOME DENTS AND SCRAPES CONSISTENT WITH NORMAL USE AND WEAR. THE TEETH ON THE BUCKET ARE ROUGH CONDITION. THERE IS ALSO SOME WELDING ON THE SWING ARM BASE, THIS IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES.
