Zero swing machine with articulating boom for doing super tight foundation work, etc. Nearly new pin grabber coupler and very nice 32″ digging bucket & 48″ grading bucket. 90 backfill blade in good shape. Steel U/C around 80%. Drilled for street pads. Good starting and running 4 cyl Mitsubishi diesel engine. Full cab w/ heat & A/C. Fresh rebuilt boom, arm, and bucket cylinders and has been gone through and serviced as needed. Some minor play in boom, but machine is fairly tight overall.
