Up for sale is a super nice one owner! 2013 Caterpillar 305.5E CR excavator!!!!! It has been check out from one end to the other, it is ready for work, Very well maintained. Undercarriage is around 90% It is showing Only 3621 original hours! Runs and operates like a new one! Loaded cab with radio Heat and A/C! Comes with a factory cat thumb and a 22 in bucket! Machine starts and runs like it should, without any issues. It is straight and clean all over with little dents in sheet metal and original paint. It has a 44 hp Caterpillar diesel engine that has little to no blowby. The unit is tight and everything works like it should. This machine has a max digging depth of 11.5 ft. Machine weight is about 12000 lbs. There is no major leaks, machine is ready to go to work today. Very solid nice excavator!! You will have a hard time finding a nicer better maintained machine.
