Simple Assembly Guide for Excavator from Wooden Case. Open the wooden box carefully, remove all accessories and parts. Keep the bolts, nuts, and tools in a safe place. Clean the dust or preservative oil on the machine surface. Install the track frame / undercarriage. Align the holes, insert and tighten the bolts firmly. Install the boom, arm, and bucket cylinder. Connect the hydraulic pipes correctly, make sure no leakage. Connect the pin and secure with cotter pins. Check all bolts, pins, and hydraulic connections again. Add engine oil, diesel fuel, and hydraulic oil as marked. Start the engine, test all functions: boom up/down, arm open/close, bucket, rotation, travel.
