WALLEMAC strives to help the customer make the process as painless and smooth as possible. When the trucking company arrives at your residence to deliver the machine, it is your responsibility to provide equipment such as forklift to unload the machine. Please note that the trucking companies will not deliver without someone present to sign for the machine. Please contact WALLEMAC and request touch up paint from WALLEMAC in the event of minor finish imperfection.
