Any type of accessory or wear item such as brake components or seals ARE NOT CONSIDERED VITAL TO THE MECHANICAL OPERATION OF THE MAIN COMPONENT AND ARE NOT INSPECTED IE: brake pads or shoes/ drums or rotors, alternators/ ac compressors. Engines are test run to ensure properly starting from a “cold” setting and checked for blowby, unusual noises, knocks, and oil pressure.
