Hello, we have a Komatsu PC45 excavator up for sale. The machine is powered by a Yanmar 4-cylinder diesel engine. The engine starts easy and runs out strong. The hydraulics function properly. The tracks are in great shape. The machine has some play in the digging bucket pin as you can see in the video. Some pins and bushings would tighten this area up. Please view the Youtube video link below. Since all items I sell are used it is very hard to guarantee anything. So all sales are as-is, where-is. I do my very best to fully describe all areas on the item including the good, the bad, and the ugly. I will make time to meet with whoever wants to come and view the equipment. This is a 2013 Bobcat E45 Mini Excavator. The machine is in excellent running and we are the original owner from new. The machine has a full cab, heat and air conditioning. The machine is also equipped with a power angle blade. The machine is also equipped with a hydraulic thumb. The machine is also equipped with a hydraulic quick disconnect for the buckets. The machine also has tier 4 engine which was the last year this was available on this machine. This is an excellent running very versatile machine. As you can see from the pictures the machine is very clean and only has 569 hours. (May increase slightly as we used the machine). There is only mark on the machine as shown in picture.
