This is the way we bought the machine. I talked to some people and they said the rotary manifold on the machine needs new seals. The machine has enclosed cab with heat and ac. The tracks and undercarriage is in great condition. The machine has a mechanical thumb. The machine has the long dipper stick. I do not see any cracks or welds on the boom or dipper stick.
