Nice komatsu pc50uu excavator, has 5700 hours, starts very quick and easy, runs very smooth. Machine is very strong, i believe it will dig 12.5 to 13 feet, it has an operating weight around 12000 pounds, this is a midi excavator not a mini, very capable machine, 24 inch bucket, it has a back fill blade and offset boom which allows you to dig square right along a foundation. Tracks and undercarriage is in good shape and it tracks nice and straight. Unit was painted by previous owner and a nice job was done.
