The 2 wheel version when on site uses its hydraulic excavating arm to pull itself forward, backwards or side to side. As said as it is 360 degree it can then dig over its wheels and utilise the rear spades as anchors (this is very important) resulting in a very good tearout force. We offer a steel kit that can be assembled with other off the shelf items like cylinders, engine, valve control and assemble within just 24 hours! Being a 360 slew excavator allows this machine to move into position then spin around and dig over its wheels, using the rear anchors to hold it in position means better digging force than other chinese wheeled mini excavators. We supply the drawings on PDF files and they are sent to you electronically so you can easily print them out, they detail the fabricated parts dimensions and type of material. The parts are drawn with 3D CAD software and have been tested. We also have information (photographs and videos) of how to build the parts of the product e. How to build the bucket and animations (videos) of how the slew fits together. Most of these parts like the digging arm and chassis are made from basic box sections and plates. These can be bought cut to size direct from local steel suppliers. A local welder can weld them up within a day or two. Material costs around a few hundred dollars. Other than the two parts for machining of the slew the rest is basic fabrication such as cutting, drilling and welding of box sections and plates. We can help you answer any questions about the fabrications. To keep the costs down we have bought off the shelf components. Or you could look around and source second hand parts. There are excavator manufacturers and parts suppliers in Australia so sourcing the parts will not be a problem. When all the parts are made/delivered you will see they are not heavy or bulky and one person can assemble the machine in less than a day.
