The machine is in good condition and is jobsite ready with only 2637 well maintained hours. This is an 8000 pound mini excavator that is 40 horsepower so is big enough to get the job done. It also has a maximum dig depth of over 10 feet which is pretty impressive. The excavator starts and runs like a new machine with zero issues. The 40 horsepower kubota diesel engine starts immediately and runs flawlessly. The engine does not smoke , does not leak , and does not make any unusual noises. The engine runs strong with tons of power. The hydraulics are very strong and responsive and have no leaks anywhere. The machine tracks very straight and steers perfect. Both drive motors and pumps are very strong and quiet. The machine does have the 2-speed travel option which makes it very nice when travelling long distances because it doubles your speed. It also has the switchable controls. This lets you operate the excavator using either the caterpillar style excavator controls or by the john deere style backhoe controls. This option will satisfy all operators. The thumb is a bobcat brand hydraulic thumb and works great. These thumbs are the heaviest made and are great for rock , trees , brush and any type debris that is hard to handle. The bucket is a 24 inch heavy duty tooth bucket and is in good shape. This machine is equipped with the x-change coupler which makes changing buckets or attachments a breeze and cuts down on time. All the pins and bushings are in good shape for the hours. It is a bobcat brand hammer and is in good condition and is $10k new. The undercarriage is in good condition with the tracks still having tread and really having no cuts or rips. The remainder of the undercarriage is also in good condition including the rollers and the sprockets. The seat is in good condition with one corner having a rip. All the gauges work as should. The machine has the automatic electronic glow plugs which allow it to start in the coldest of climates. This is a 1-owner , landscaper owned machine since new. The paint and decals are original so there are some scratches and some paint chipping. There are no cracks , breaks , or extra welds on the machine. This machine needs nothing and is work ready.
